                                                         Life in the slums
Slums are a very unhealthy way of living. Slums are where many poor people

  do not have enough money to pay for rent in an original apartment. Also slums can be a

very dangerous place to live. Although some people just think it is a normal way of

living.

Most slums are a very unhealthy way of living, because of all the chemicals that

might be floating around . Most slums are either flooded or are buried in trash “There are

public toilets and water taps, but sanitation is poor with open sewers along the

alleyways.” pg7 says a person that lives in a slum for example. The slums have very

narrow alley ways so its extremely crowded.  Because they have no money to make any

improvements.

to pay rent for an original apartment. They have no other place to live besides the slum.

“We have lots of problems because it’s not a place where you can admire to stay, my

dear. You can see your self.” pg.3 says the lady pointing out that its not the best place that

you would want to stay at. They heave no other choice but to live in a filthy place like a

slum. Some people may be living in deadly conditions without even knowing.

Slums can also be a very dangerous place to live because of all the chemicals that

have awful odors and people who live there do not relize if it is dangerous or not because

they are so used to it smelling the same odor everyday.Not knowing that it may affect

them or their brains. As for the liquids the people who live in slums have to use dirty

water tap just do drink.

There for slums are everywhere especially inplaces you leaste expected.Most

slums are overpopulated so the government is tearing them down and wanting to build

apartments with low pay rent but there wouldn’t be enough room for everybody who once

lived int the slums. So they must find another near by slum or migrate to another place to

live.
